Frequently asked questions
All Things AI 2027
Event
When and where is All Things AI 2027?
Sunday 18 through Tuesday 20 April 2027 at the Raleigh Convention Center. Sunday is the Agent Hackathon, Monday is the workshop day and the executive programme, and Tuesday is the conference and expo.
Tickets
What is the difference between the Executive Pass and the Executive Afternoon?
The Executive Pass ($1,299) includes the Monday executive half-day, the private mixer that evening, both conference days, the speakers dinner, and a scholarship funded in your name. The Executive Afternoon ($599) is Monday afternoon and the mixer only — it does not include the conference days. If you want both, buy the Executive Pass.
Do ticket prices go up?
Yes. General admission sells in tiers starting at $149, and each tier unlocks only when the one before it sells out. The price you see is the lowest price still available.
Can I combine a group rate with a discount code?
No. Only one discount applies per order. Group rates, speaker codes and promotional codes do not stack.
Are workshops included with a conference ticket?
No. Monday workshops are a separate $299 ticket. They are full-day and hands-on, and they sell out.
Program
Are sessions recorded?
Conference sessions are recorded and published afterwards. The Monday executive programme is not — it runs under the Chatham House Rule, unrecorded and closed to press, so that the discussion can be candid.
Scholarships
How do scholarships work?
We guarantee 500 conference scholarships and reserve roughly one in five workshop seats, whether or not a single sponsor signs. They are administered through the Triangle AI Access Fund at EchoNC. Applications open in October.
Sponsorship
How do I sponsor All Things AI?
Six tiers from $1,000 to $100,000, every tier capped and published, with lead scanning included at every level. Every sponsor also funds a scholarship through the Triangle AI Access Fund.
